Dan’s Plumbing charged my Mum $10,199 to replace a standard 160l Hot Water System. 6 days later it still wasn’t even operational..we discovered because they’d left the tap switched to off. When contacted they state their high prices are due to the high quality of their service. What a joke. My Mum was 6 days without hot water because of their incompetence and charged way way higher than standard rates for this service. She was told to sign here without the tradesperson even discussing pricing. It was elderly financial abuse and disgusting that they have charged rates approximately 5 X higher than standard from what I have since found out it should cost. I have all her receipts and invoices which didn’t even match. They charged her smaller amounts in 5 seperate transactions that didn’t match her invoices (that they messaged to her..they didn’t show her these). Disgusting and unethical. Beware and do your research. They trade under various names including Fergusons Plumbing, Smiths Plumbing & Gas, Lloyds Plumbing & Gas, Willsons Plumbing & Gas and have been on ACA for their intimidation tactics.

The guys came out same day at 6.00pm, realised it wasn’t a simple fix, then quoted before starting the next morning and everything was done as expected and friendly service, cleaned up afterwards

Received same day service. Issue was diagnosed and resolved within the same day. Plumber executed the job in a speedy and professional manner. Will definitely be contacting this company for my future plumbing needs!

Very professional, polite and clean. We had our bbq converted to natural gas and he did a great job with some challenges from pre existing bbq gas lines. Would definitely use him again
