D.C. Bin Hire

This is certainly a bin hire service you don't want! As per other posts I also am very sorry I did not check the negative reviews about DC Bin Hire, when you are in a hurry for a service that is what can happen. Booked a large skip for a specific day and did not arrive, when checking as to reasons why it was greeted with a very rude and ignorant response together with assurances it would be there the following day at agreed window times. Again this did not happen, which became a very costly process. The way they handle a complaint is that they hang up on you before you get a chance to state your case. Businesses like this should not be operating!!

DO NOT USE THE SERVICE'S OF THIS COMPANY. I had a bin booked in 5 days in advance and paid for upfront, the bin did not arrive on the requested day, when contacting them got told there was issues and it would be the next morning at 8am, accepted the delay, when the bin had not arrived by 9am, I attempted to contact this company and no answer after leaving a message with his message service, I tried one more time, finally a rather rude management whom I pressure greeted me with, "you already left a message, I am 2 hours behind, I don't need people like you calling me and adding to my stress, I am cancelling your bin" and hung up. The customer service or even the reliability of this company is deplorable and I advise anybody looking for bin hire to sincerly avoid this company!

Day after day for about ten days after they agreed to - we kept being told 'oh this afternoon' only to find it still there. It was in the driveway so on the day we moved into our home the removalists had to work around this bin that should have disappeared more than a week earlier. The staff was far from apologetic - was very rude. Avoid.
