I had all my locks changed at my place on november last year, a very friendly and skillfull lady came to do it, unfortunately one of the locks she installed ceased working for no reason and had to call back, luckily the came with in a very short notice and replaced the entire lock.

Absolutely Disgusting how a manager / owner can promote themselves and call themselves a tradesman giving us a warranty on the locks that they have fitted and do not function properly called out 6 times to fix them and can not get it done right I really wonder what it’s going to take maybe a poor family trapped in there house fire or could potentially be worse would not recommend too anyone VCAT in progress
