I would say avoid them. I had worst experience ever with them. I was buying a unit and their lawyer just disappeared after I sent them my copy of contract. I was trying to call her, send her emails and nothing came back. When I called to sale person she told me that no one knows where she is. I lost a lot of nerves with them. I switched to another conveyancer straight away and tried to get back my documents from ConveyancingDirect. They sent me back only copies of all originals I had given to them. So I had to do a lot of paperwork all over again.
They don't have any offices. I sent everything to Locked Bag.
Their Strata report was awful with a lot of important things missing.
Finally I didn't pay anything for their bad service.
