Comstruct Homes

Ok so the house is still standing but whilst Comstruct seemed to be value for money, quite a lot of inclusions, nice cornices, ducted heating, capet, tiling, built in cupboard in the laundry....the finish leaves a lot to be desired. We have had to repaint the window frames because the paint they have used clearly haven't been undercoated. I wish i had gotten an assessor to go over it before handover. The alteration fee for every change was $100 which by compasion to other builders seems cheap. Lots of arguments about he said she said but so far not any major dramas. ONly thing i'm disappointed about is next door has the exact same bricks as us. And the four houses they built surrounding us all have a very very similar window config to us.....shame.
