We work from home and Steve has rescued us when our computers have had problems. Mine was a blue screen on start up and a non-fuctional sound card, my husband could not re-load his printer software. Both times he was thorough and kept us up to date with when our equipment would be ready for collection. Mine had a glitch again the next morning and he got me to bring up up straight away and it was sorted and functional in 5 mins - phew!
