At ClearView Theory, we believe in transparent, upfront pricingnever confusing hourly rates or hidden charges.

Fixed, All-Inclusive Quotes Every job is quoted based on the size of the property, the number of windows, and the level of service requested (e.g., external only vs. full internal/external with tracks, frames, and flyscreens). Youll always know the full cost before we start.

Package Options We offer tailored packages such as the ClearView Standard, ClearView Premium, and ClearView Ultimate Refresh, so customers can choose the level of care that suits them best.

Introductory & Loyalty Discounts First-time customers enjoy an introductory discount, and returning clients can take advantage of multi-clean bundles or seasonal offers.

No Hourly Rates Unlike some operators, we dont charge by the hour. Instead, we price by the job to give customers peace of mind and ensure quality is never rushed.

This way, clients can be confident theyre paying a fair, agreed-upon price for a premium, professional servicewithout surprises.

What is your favourite thing about your job?

My favourite part of this work is the instant transformation it brings. Theres nothing better than seeing a home or business go from dull and streaked to bright, clear, and full of light. I love the reactions from customers when they see the differenceits often bigger than they expect, and that moment of surprise and satisfaction is incredibly rewarding.

I also enjoy that window cleaning is both hands-on and detail-focused. Every job is different, whether its a family home, a modern glass frontage, or a heritage property with unique features. It keeps me challenged and motivated to deliver the same high-quality finish every time.

Most of all, I value the trust customers place in us. Being welcomed into someones home or business is personal, and I take pride in running ClearView Theory with professionalism, care, and respect. For me, its not just about cleaning windowsits about helping people enjoy their spaces with clarity and confidence.

What are your payment terms and conditions? Do you offer payment plans? Afterpay? Interest-free terms?

At ClearView Theory, we keep payments simple and transparent:

Payment is due on the day of service either at completion or upon invoice (for commercial clients).

Accepted methods: Credit/debit card, bank transfer, or secure online payment link.

No cash handling for convenience, security, and professionalism.

For larger jobs or ongoing contracts, we can offer:

Commercial Accounts with 14-day terms available by arrangement.

Package Pre-Payments customers who choose seasonal or multi-clean bundles can pay upfront at a discounted rate.

Currently, we do not offer Afterpay or traditional interest-free terms, as our services are usually completed in a single visit. Instead, we focus on clear upfront pricing and flexible scheduling so customers can plan with confidence.

How quickly can work be completed? What are your turnaround times? Do you offer same-day service?

At ClearView Theory, we pride ourselves on being both efficient and flexible. Thanks to our advanced pure-water systems and professional processes, most residential cleans can be completed in 24 hours, depending on the size and scope of the job.

Residential Homes Typically scheduled within 37 days of booking. We can discuss priority.

Commercial Properties Flexible scheduling to suit business hours, with after-hours service available on request.

Same-Day / Next-Day Service We do our best to accommodate urgent requests where possible, especially for smaller jobs or if a time-sensitive need arises (e.g., preparing for inspections, events, or real estate photos).

Do you have a favourite client story you'd like to share?

One of my favourite moments was with a homeowner who had just finished renovating their property. They had put so much time, energy, and money into creating their dream home, but the dusty, streaked windows were taking away from the finished look.

We completed a ClearView Ultimate Refreshinside, outside, tracks, frames, and flyscreens. When I invited them to step back and look at their home after we were done, their reaction said it all: Now it finally feels finished.
