UNHAPPY with the service provided by Chromatix
Our logistics company had contacted them to build a website, they assured us that they could build our website for us.
Just a basic website with 7 pages, nothing complex and no online store but the whole process has been very painful to deal with as every time we send Chromatix an email asking for specific changes they would not listen and just send us back an email with broken English, it's if they were outsourcing this work to India as the emails sent back to us did not make sense, very poor English.
Our emails that we have running through them are constantly going down and not working, many of our customers are not receiving important emails from us.
Would have to say that their customer support is very rude and is no help at all, when I try to call they no longer answer our number.
Stay well away from these people as they will sound good at the start but once you pay them you can't get out.
