Kate and Dean were kind, sensitive and professional in helping my daughters and I farewell my late husband in a way that he would have liked. Nothing was too much trouble and they did all they could to ensure that Wayne's send off was as easy on us as they could make it. I am incredibly grateful to them for all they did for our family.

Planning a funeral for the first time was quite overwhelming. Luckily for my mum and myself I knew we were in good hands the minute we walked through the door at C.G Moody. Kate was unbelievably caring and attentive to our needs when we called upon her service to farewell my late father earlier this year. Kate saw I was totally distraught and needed a guiding hand to talk me through options, and make sensible and cost effective suggestions that would suit him, and us.

We recently had a funeral with C.G. Moody and Daughter after the sudden passing of my beautiful mother. My family and I live in the local area and have driven past CG Moody & Daughter probably a million times. When it came to choosing a group that could help guide us through this tragic time we looked for a funeral home that would show the utmost care for Mum and was boutique enough to offer a more personal approach. After asking others I know, it came to light that others we knew had also used their services and highly recommended them.

From the first call I made to the group, I spoke with Kate and from that moment on I knew that my Mum would be in excellent and caring hands.

Kate was so professional and empathetic. She was kind and knowledgeable and knew exactly how to guide our family. From the moment that we had to leave Mum I felt comfort knowing that Mum would be in their care.

The day we met Kate in person at their office, Kate was the most lovely and kind person. The services they offer are all beautiful. Kate made recommendations on what would be nice for the funeral day and she was 100% correct on everything.

The funeral day was absolutely beautiful and went off seamlessly. The flowers, booklets and the stunning live singer and keyboardist at the church were perfect. Kate and the team made sure the day was exactly what we wanted and they did all the little things so we could grieve our loss with peace of mind a professional team was taking care of us and Mum.

Kate organised little touches at the burial that were so lovely and considerate, we will remember this and be forever grateful for Kate and the team's kindness and attention to detail. It was an amazing experience.

Kate and team also helped us organise a beautiful venue for Mum’s wake. This was also a huge success and all the people that came to celebrate Mum's life had a lovely time.

There's more that Kate did for us during the week we were preparing the funeral and I can’t mention them all but her kindness and empathy she showed all my family will not be forgotten and I knew that Mum was in safe and caring hands which gave me such comfort in what was such a devastating time.

If I find myself in need of funeral services at any time in the future, CG Moody and Daughter will be the only group I contact. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
