Centre Com

On Thursday 12th September 2024 I went there to return a Seagate BarraCuda 500GB 2.5" Internal Hard Drive x 2 and a Verbatim 3m PVC HDMI Cable - Black for $78.94, which I purchased on Saturday 7th September 2024. I spoke to Jai who processed the credit note for me but when I rang and spoke to him to question the 15% restocking fee he got extremely abusive with me and he said there is nothing I can do for you, you fucking bastard so fuck off. I will never step foot inside this store again and I would advise others to do the same.

Usually when going to the cheaper computer stores you expect bad service because you're getting cheap goods. This is not the case with Centre Com.

I went to them initially because I was having a lot of trouble getting a certain monitor one of their cheaper competitors. I ended up paying about $20 more for them to order one in but it was worth it, I got someone who was willing to talk to me for more than 5 minutes and actually help me out. Since then I've bought a graphics card, memory and a laptop and they've been great every time. I've recommended them to friends and they've had similar experiences - "It's great! You can actually talk to them and understand what they're saying".

Sometimes they're cheaper, but generally you'll pay about 5% more than the very cheapest places but to be able to get what you want, when you want with a bit of service, I'd say it was worth it. These guys are my regular parts supplier from now on.
