On Saturday 7th September 2024 I purchased a Seagate BarraCuda 500GB 2.5" Internal Hard Drive x 2 and a Verbatim 3m PVC HDMI Cable - Black for $78.94 but the Hard Drives didn't come in their packaging only by themselves. On Thursday 12th September 2024 I rang and I spoke to somebody about the 15% restocking fee they were extremely abusive and they said there is nothing I can do for you so get lost. I will never step foot inside this store again and I would advise others to do the same.
cheaper then retail. They sell computers and computer related equipment. Daily specials and discounts everywhere. Brand new and refurbished. I buy all my computer related items here!
Centrecom's prices are not the best but every now and then, they have really good specials. The customer service there is mostly alright but sometimes, the sales people seem to be really rushed and run past you saying they'll get back to you. That can be quite annoying.
Centrecom would have to take the cake in terms of terrible customer service, poorly trained staff and giving you zero value for money. I have gone a few times, every time the pricing or the equipment or the order is wrong. I went there yesterday wanted to buy a headphone set for my computer; they could not give the advise- and not only that i could not even purchase the product in the shop to try, and it did not work they could not return it. They have the worst returns policy - and give you nothing -take you no where. If they have a computer store next door- even if more expensive i would go there. Don't waste your time or money on this terrible company.
