I ordered a phone case on 14 October and paid $15 for delivery ($65.95 total). I emailed them to follow up on 13 Nov - NO REPLY. I emailed again on 20 November - RECEIVED A RUDE REPLY saying simply "It's with Australia Post". Later that day they said it was lost and they were resending the product "today" (20 Nov). On 23 Nov I requested a tracking number for the 2nd product - they didn't yet have one. On 28 Nov, I AGAIN asked for a tracking number and REQUESTED A REFUND... I received a new tracking number (no refund!) but still nothing has arrived. I have followed up with both Australia Post, Fastaway and Aramex. It is now 21 December and there is no sign of either parcel OR my refund. I very much believe this website is a scam.

Read reviews on this company before buying! High prices, very poor quality - stick with cheaper products as Casebuddy are selling same products for more than double the prices. My experience was so bad - even Fair Trading could not get a response from this dodgy company - that I cannot image how they stay in business. Spent over $100 on two phone cases - one falling apart in less than 2 weeks and the other not correct case - even after asking Casebuddy advice via email. Took almost 3 weeks to send items - arriving just before Christmas and was advised warranty only 30 days from date of purchase - even for faulty products! Dishonourable company - notice any responses from consumer complaints? Casebuddy have no integrity - stay away from them.

Their Enduro cases are great products for kids and easy to install. Easier and better than other covers. Tough as nails, but still looks primo. Great products.

I accidentally ordered an iPhone6 case for my iPhone6 Plus. They shipped me the correct one and I was allowed to keep the wrong one. My mistake and they fixed it for me!

I ordered a tempered glass screen guard and a few cases for various Apple products. The tempered glass screen guard was damaged by the post even though it appeared to be packed properly. To their credit they shipped another screen guard and refunded the postage costs.

I purchased a protective ipad case for my child who has special needs. Casebuddy sent me an item that was warped (so it could not fit the ipad) and it was also discolored. I emailed them numerous times on how to return a faulty item (as they advised in their T & Cs) but received no response/acknowledgment/ advice re: faulty items. With a time limit on returns (30 days per their T & Cs), after about 3 weeks without advice from casebuddy confirming the return, I just paid an additional $12.50 postage and returned it myself! After waiting another 2 weeks for a refund, I emailed again (and had to quote my delivery confirmation from Auspost) and finally got back $38.99 (from $59.99). I asked why so little and was told quote "Returns are processed less shipping and restock fee...". A restocking fee is bad enough but another shipping fee? (that's a total 35% fee). And ...that makes it a 3rd shipping charge - sending the item to me, me sending back to them and a shipping fee deducted from my refund - I paid for all of them! Essentially it cost me over 50% (inc my $12.50 final return postage) to return a faulty item AND that excludes the postage paid on ordering! I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AT THE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING through casebuddy!
