Wow! A very friendly and professional salon, I initially had a consult with Kylie and was impressed with her honesty and care. I then came in for a cut with Kylie and colour with Maja and absolutely love both! Great vibe!

Such a great experience at Casaellie. Initially went in for a wash and blow wave as I was new to town and looking for a great long term hairdresser. The next time I went back for a cut and colour and was so pleased with the listening and explanation about what the plan was. I didn't have my hair done at this salon as yet, i was standing out the front with my very frail mum waiting for a taxi. A girl came out who i believe was the owner and asked if we wanted to wait inside and offered us a coffee whilst we wait.
We ended up waiting for an hr and she then helped me sign up to uber. They were all so helpful and very friendly.

I have been attending Casaellie since Kylie took over the salon. I have very thick, greying, curly hair and all the girls look after my hair beautifully. I have my hair cut, thinned and dyed as well as straightened occasionally. My 3 teenage girls also go to Casaellie to have their hair done for special occasions as well as cut. We all love being part of the Casaellie family. I would highly recommend Hayley, Kylie and Kira.

Found Casaellie online and decided to try for the first time. Kira was excellent and professional throughout, while her friendliness put me at ease. I really like the cut and quality in Kira's work, and will recommend anyone looking for a quality cut in a clean and relaxed setting.

I googled for a good salon in the area and found them. I went there last week and I found an excellent service and care. They are very professional and friendly. The price was good too.

I have been a Casaellie customer since Kylie first opened her salon. I attended for a weekly wash and straighten for many years along with colour, foils and cuts. In that time I have seen many clients receive exactly what they asked for, seen the girls exceed client expectations, and I can honestly say everyone walked out with a smile. After some encouragement from Kylie and Hayley I have "gone curly" and no longer attend weekly. I miss it terrribly! My highest recommendation to anyone looking for a friendly, professional salon. My teenagers(2 girls and 1 boy) also have their cuts at Casaellie.

I was referred to Casaellie hair by a friend after a hair disaster. Kaylee looked after me more then i have ever been looked after in a salon. The other girls were also friendly and i left the salon loving my hair.

I read a review stating Casaellie were great with a woman not excited about a hairdressing appointment. This was me. I rang and made an appointment then emailed with some additional information and guidelines. The patience and professionalism shown to me by all at the salon was outstanding. I left it all up to Hayley and she knows her job. The "brief" was heard and understood. I sat through the full head of foils no problem. The head massage and hot towels were divine. I left relaxed and delighted with the result. I made my next appointment before I left. The cost was quite a lot less than I expected and my hair looks just as amazing three days later without any effort on my part (exactly as per my brief). My daughter who has the same attitude to her hair as her mother has expressed her admiration and desire to have a similar experience. That is a recommendation and I will have her in there as soon as possible. A wonderful find.
