Carol's Contented Critters

I have had Carol visit my 2 Cats on several occasions. I am an animal lover and I rescue for RSPCA and Wildcare Australia, so I’m very protective of my animals. I found Carol to be absolutely fantastic, she seems to have a gift with animals, and she treats them like one of the family. I came home to 2 very relaxed and content pussy cats, you wouldn’t have known that I had been away! Carol sent me daily updates and photos as to what my cats were doing while I was away, and it helped me relax and enjoy my holiday so much, as I knew that they were being so well looked after. I’m going away again soon, and will definitely use them again to look after my fur babies. A very easy booking process and highly recommended!

Our cavoodle has stayed with Carol and Graeme many times. He is loved, spoilt and completely safe in their care. Highly recommend!

I recently enlisted the in-home pet sitting services of Carol and was blown away by her amazing service. I left my little tabby cat 'Tank' in her care over easter break and it was comforting knowing he was getting cared for by someone who genuinely LOVES animals. Carol was professional, so caring, and made what is normally a hassle incredibly easy. She even went above and beyond, leaving Tank some treats and a new water bowl (that he won't tip over :) I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Carol and will never use anyone else. THANKYOU!!!

Carols services are above and beyond , she honestly and truly loves what she does, and adores my animals, which in itself speaks volumes. Makes me feel like I can have a break and not stress that they are being taken care of properly by someone who genuinely cares. Thank you so much for my break carol. Carol cared for my 2 cats in our home. Carol did a fantastic job, Both my cats loved Carol. It really gave me peace of mind that my fur babies were in such good hands. I loved seeing my cats on the Contented Critters Facebook page, what an awesome way to keep in touch! I would recommend Carol and Contented Critters to anybody who is looking for that extra special care and attention for their pets.

Thanks so much to Carol for her excellent care of our dog Tiny, cat Gizmo and pond full of goldfish. They were so well looked after, it was like they received their own pet holiday while we were away. I boarded my Cat with Carol, in October for a couple of days. I am an Animal Lover, and I rescue Wildlife for RSPCA and Wildcare Australia, so I'm very protective of my animals. I found Carol and Graham, to be fantastic, as they treat your animals like one of the family. "Beamer" had run of the house, and was even sleeping on the bed with them! I'm going away again in March, and will definitely be using them again to look after my animals, Highly Recommended!

I recently used Carol's Services to do twice daily visits to my home for a week to care for my cats and she was totally amazing - at the first meeting I was sold on her bubbly but professional attitude. And she totally gets the Crazy Cat lady thing I have going on. I received SMS updates with funny details of "my boys" day and wellbeing and pictures - I,loved the pictures. It is the first time I have done this - and I will only ever use Carol again. She realises you need to be confident your babies are well looked after and cared for, I don't believe in catteries where they are just another animal. Carol gives a high level of professionalism but more importantly you realise she loves what she does and the animals.

We have used Contented Critters on a few occasions and find Carol to be absolutely amazing. Not only did Carol care for our cat with the essentials such as feeding him and clearing out the kitty litter but it was obvious that she was spending quality time with him as well. We loved getting text messages on how he was doing and all the mischief he was getting up to! Highly recommended.

Carol is a lovely person with a genuine love for animals. She is very professional and trustworthy, I feel 100% confident that Ollie is getting the same love and attention from Carol (if not more) as he would from us.
I just wish Carol looked after babies too ;o)

Carol gave our 3 Cavaliers great walks twice per week for 2 months this year whilst we were overseas. Carol kept us up to date via email re how walks were going- even sent a photo of our dogs on one of their walks!! BRILLIANT!

Carol is both professional and personable, and I trust that my beloved cat is in excellent hands when Carol watches over her in our absence. The extra effort that Carol takes to make sure both owner and pet are happy really shows--she's a natural. I enjoy that she provides us with updates and stories of her interactions with our cat when we're gone, and we feel lucky to have discovered her exceptional service.

Carol has a real love for animals which is more than evident when you see her with them. I've used Carol to look after my pets for many years and would highly recommend her services to anyone.
