I received my emailed quote within ten days. I confirmed that I wanted the job doing and everything was looked after, council etc. Build quality very good and tradesmen pleasant. Hey tidied up at the end of each day, makes a change. Highly recommended.

I rang for a quote for building work. Left all the relevant details. Never got a call back. Not only is it bad customer service but it's plain bad manners.
