I needed a gearbox repair on a rather large awning situated on a 1st floor balcony. Kyle quoted me a price but when he came with the new gear box it needed a different one and the blind cut down to fit. He arranged both at no extra cost and delivered it as promised. He was both polite and professional.

Just had Kyle here fitting 2 motorised ziptrac blinds. He turned up at the time he said, was no trouble through the entire process and was very easy to deal with. the quality of the installation was high he did what he said he would do and was helpful with any questions. All this and his prices are not over the top and quite reasonable. I had no problem with giving Kyle my order before he left on the day he quoted me.

The side rails of the Blind which is about 3 yrs old in my pergola have came loose due to strong wind recently, I called and Kyle came the next day and fixed them right a way at no cost. I am very happy with their after Sale service especially the prompt response. I will certainly recommend this company to any one to use them.

We recently had zip track blinds installed around our decking as replacement for traditional roll up blinds. From the time Kyle walked in the door to quote to completing the job he was professional, informative and extremely pleasant to work with, treating the job as if it were his own home. We had zip track blinds installed at our Kindergarten to create an outdoor room for the children to play in in poorer weather. Kyle Campbell came and did the measure and quote. He was professional, friendly, accommodating and provided an excellent service that I can't fault. We got a second quote that was basically an identical price, but their service wasn't as good, so we went with Campbell's and we are very happy that we did.

We wanted to get blinds around our patio to protect from cold winds and rain and enjoy year round. Kyle was excellent at showing the various options, explaining in detail how each would look and operate. He was really nice, enthusiastic and not at all pushy and we really appreciated the fact that he does all the installation himself – not one person to sell, then another to measure/install. A real pleasure to deal with! Our choice was three large PVC ziptrack blinds, one to fit along the sloping roofline and next to the outside wall of the house. Kyle's work was exceptional, like he was treating it as his own house. The finish is perfect and it looks like the whole area was designed around having these blinds rather than the other way around. We are really happy with the end result and happily recommend Campbell's Blinds and Awnings to friends/family or indeed anyone who asks!

I had three blinds fitted to a large carport for privacy and weather protection.The blinds were made to fit a sloping roof line.The fit, and finish were excellent.

We had 5 blinds installed along with 2 aluminium pivot doors the doors make an amazing difference both visually and also to accessibility. Kyle was a pleasure to deal with from the start of the process till the end. Always arriving on time and in fact completed the final install earlier than the initial estimated time. I had two outdoor PVC zip track blinds installed to a gym area. One was 4 metres wide. From the quote to the installation, the service was outstanding. Campbells Blinds were knowledgeable a the quote stage and unlike the three other quotes I received the price was realistic and not a figure plucked out of thin air.
He was on time to install and completed the job and even gave me cleaning products to keep the blinds in top condition. They look fantastic, and work exactly how he said they would from the original visit. I am very pleased. Price wise he was actually the cheapest, but the blinds tracking system he uses was better than any of the rest. (Zip lock rather than a rope system).
I would thoroughly recommend this company for service, quality and reliability.

We have just had café blinds installed in time for Christmas and are absolutely delighted with the difference they have made to our large verandah. We have another room! If it is windy, rainy or chilly outside we are cosy inside. No more sweeping leaves from the verandah or moving furniture from driving rain and with clear blinds it is just like having very large windows looking out onto our garden.
We cannot speak too highly for the service and workmanship of Campbell's Blinds and Awnings; Kyle was attentive to our needs and professional in every way from the initial measuring and ordering process to the installation. Having planned for a large family Christmas this year we particularly wanted to have the benefit of café blinds. We had a couple of quotes before asking Campbell's Blinds to quote and having seen the great reviews on WOMO we were anxious to have the third quote. Kyle was getting married the day after I spoke to him but we were prepared to wait until after his honeymoon and sure enough the day after he arrived home he came to see us. Kyle was the only person to bring a working model of the various options and samples of the quality fabrics he uses and we appreciated his advice coming up with a better plan than we had previously been given. We settled on clear blinds as our verandah is not in direct sunlight and therefore no need for tinted blinds. The quote was slightly more than the others but we had a good feeling about Kyle's company and we were not disappointed. With so much in the news about dodgy companies one always worries, we trusted the reviews for Campbell's Blinds and we can now only highly recommend the Company for the quality and service. All who have visited us so far have been impressed and admired our beautiful café blinds and the effect given in creating an additional room to our home (now called our "garden room.")

I had cafe blinds installed last September which i was very happy with. Last week, the wild winds pulled the tracking off the brick wall and it was flapping around like mad. I was worried it would put a tear in my blinds. So I called Kyle and he came out the next morning to replace it. He refused to take any payment for such a small job. We had 3 large outdoor straight drop down awnings installed. We could not be happier. We had 3 quotes for the job they were the cheapest by $800. Kyle was by far the most informative person we encountered. As my mother has arthritis we were worried about getting something that she would be able to use. The other sales people didn't listen to our needs, where as Kyle listened and came up with the multiply solutions. We found him a pleasure to have in our home and during the installation he checked with my mother that the tensions and heights worked for her. Love your work!
