2Years Minor Defects Warranty - Comprehensive 2 year coverage for minor defects and finishes. We're committed to ensuring every detail of your project remains perfect long after completion.

1. Budget Guarantee
Fixed-price contracts with fully defined scopes agreed before you sign
Existing conditions inspected properly, unknowns discussed upfront
Variations only occur when you request changes or genuine unforeseen conditions arise
All variations explained clearly, priced in writing, and approved by you first
If we carry out work without your written approval, you don't pay for it
5% deposit with progress payments as work is completed

2. Timeline Guarantee
Detailed construction program with start dates, finish dates, and milestones
Trades scheduled and actively managed against the program
Weekly progress updates with clear notice of schedule changes
$200 per business day credit if we run over due to delays within our control
Credits exclude approved variations, genuine unforeseens, and delays outside our control

3. Trust Guarantee
Full insurance including professional indemnity and Domestic Building Insurance
All staff complete background checks and Working With Children checks
Subcontractors operate under signed code of ethics
Strict site rules enforced: no smoking, drugs, alcohol, or offensive behaviour
Site manager controls access trades don't arrive unannounced
Right to pause works if standards aren't upheld and not addressed immediately

4. Quality Guarantee
2-year minor defects warranty and 10-year structural warranty where applicable
Internal defect inspections before external inspections
Failed inspections rectified and re-inspected until compliant
Warranty defects assessed and rectified at no cost
We exceed code when it improves durability or long-term performance

5. Communication Guarantee
Direct access to Mark during pre-construction and James during construction.
James leads on site with Project Co-Ordinator maintaining continuity
Full access to BuildXact portal with ongoing updates and photos
Weekly written updates outlining progress and next steps
All questions responded to within 24 business hours
$200 credit if we fail to respond within that timeframe
