Don't waste your time with this company. They are rude, unhelpful and dishonest.

We replaced our old Merlin Door lifting Mechanism (after 22 years) with a new Merlin MS105MYQ Belt drive. we got a prompt quote from Amanda and Brisbane Roller doors were able to do the install within a few days and worked around our schedule.
Turned up right on time, did a fantastic job, was very friendly and informative about the new lifter and the whole roller door function. Even gave us a replacement wall mount controller to cover the large hole left after the old one was removed.
Would very highly recommend this company to take care of any Roller door issue. 10/10 thank you. Andrew Wilkie

On day 7, job not even booked in yet...only more excuses why not today and more hot air promises from Heather who turned into a demon today when receiving follow-up call # 4 from me: rude, demeaning, passive aggressive and insulting. Strangely enough, the next company I called after her refusal of service and her spiteful invite, attended the site within the hour of my call, assessed and reported on the repair and helped to secure the garage again protecting the tenant's cars and belongings. Thank you for taking your egotistic self out of way of my professional duty of care today, Heather. It was a pleasure to deal instead with another company who understood real estate laws - it clearly isn't you. I won't bother you again. Agency Principal

These rogues charged my father, who was house sitting my house, $155 dollars to come and quote the job, telling him it needed to be replaced then wanted to come back and charge another $638 for the new one. I offered to get the new unit, even to pay their higher price compared to others who've since quoted me for free, if they took off the $155 that was already paid (needlessly as they did nothing of any value). Being a builder in Brisbane I find these unscrupulous business people disappointing, preying on old people. I've since had a cheeper price and great service and as I said to Brisbane Roller Doors at the time I'd not recommend anyone use them and I'll be advising anyone looking for doors or motors to use a different company.

If all contractors were like this life would be a breeze. Great knowledge and advice on initial phone call. Prompt visit for quote with perfect communication. Always arrived promptly at my convenience. Installed my door with care and skill and cleaned up perfectly at end of job.

Friendly staff. Prompt quoting. Very competitive pricing. Took a little longer than expected to have our new door, but worth the wait, as it looks great & is almost silent compared to our old, damaged 'drawbridge'. Our previous door literally creaked & groaned all the way up & all the way down. Very noisy for us & our neighbours. The door also had sustained some damage. Thanks Heather & team.

Everyone at Brisbane roller doors were very friendly and they New what they were talking about! Heather was awesome in the knowledge she knew and our door was sorted very quickly and the advice was second to none! It's great when you find a business who does the best for you and not themselves! Helpful in assessing problem with Door, advised that a new motor is a better option as original motor was no longer supported. New motor was fitted with 7year warranty. Very happy with excellent service and would recommend this Company to anyone.
