Had a swimming pool quoted by Brighton Pools . They quoted $260,000.00 They started the pool 7 days after signing the contract unbeknown to us they had started the job without a permit.
Paid $10,600.00 deposit 3 days after starting they dropped off the steel about $4,000.00 worth they then put their hand out for $42,000.00 progress payment (after 4 days) They then send us an email for a variation for an additional $20,000.00 on top of the quoted contract price.
