Bridal Obsessions

Very unprofessional! Do not recommend Bridal Obsession what so ever!
Cancelled a booking (made 3 weeks in advance) 20 minutes before scheduled time!

My daughter bought her Yr12 ball dress from Bridal Obsessions after visiting numerous other stores. She walked in tried on this dress and her face just lit up. We needed to order a different size but it arrived safely as predicted 4 weeks later. She loves the dress and the service and different dresses available were great. She is not wearing a bridesmaid dress but a dress specifically for balls and one suitable for her age. The variety of sizes available were good and she had plenty of styles to chose from none of which we had seen elsewhere. Thanks ladies.

I cant recommend Bridal Obsessions more! I went into the store without an appointment, aware I might have to come back as they are by appointment, but Renee managed to fit us in and was SO helpful. She helped me so much! The dress she recommended for me to try on was the most flattering, beautiful dress I have EVER seen. It looked amazing on me and I dont think I could have picked a better one myself. She was friendly, helpful and made me feel so special about the whole process that I could not be happier. Thanks Renee! :D

I had help from sales assistant Renee from Bridal Obsessions who went above and beyond to accommodate me getting the wedding dress I loved. They were friendly, helpful and made the whole experience fun and enjoyable and overall outstanding customer service! Highly recommend this store!

After being to ALOT of bridal shops to look for bridesmaids dresses, bridal obsession provided us with THE best customer service, the ladies were extremley welcoming and helping i recommend everyone to try them. There dresses are stunning and i brought my bridesmaid dresses from them because of these reasons.

Had the most amazing time with Emma at bridal obsessions!! Beats all the snobby big bridal places. Friendly, heplful, honest and just fantastic we should of gone to you first, now we have our brides maid dresses thank you!!

This is a bit unusual but I'm going to share it anyway. I was driving past Bridal Obsession and they had a rack of dresses outside on special... little dresses, for little girls. I bought one on lay-by with a payment plan as these have got to be the most awesome party dresses ever!!! it was a bit big for my then 4 year old and being strapless it would not stay up no matter how tightly laced at the back - so Bridal obsessions put some straps on it for us. This dress was worn to weddings, christenings, birthday parties, new years eve, just for play and plenty of other times as well. The one I recall best was the Christina Aguilera concert a couple (few???) years ago where this blue lace dress with it's pearl adorned silk top accompanied by a shin length white 'fur' coat and accessorised with new white 'high' (about 2") heel shoes, brand new diamond (real) earrings and a white clutch purse where my daughter, with her hair done into long plaits by a friend, was regaled by total strangers about how absolutely gorgeous she looked. To a particular young brunette in a very nice little black number who walked halfway across the Burswood Arena concourse just to say how special my baby girl looked, I have to say; you weren't all that bad looking yourself sweetheart... Whilst this dress was a big expense for my very tight budget, it more than paid for itself in great memories and when it was retired it was from wear not like most of my kids clothes which they outgrow. I don't even need to look at the photo's to remember the many times that dress made good time into great times for daddy's special princess.

Very relaxed and comfortable - an enjoyable experience - which is what wedding dress shopping is meant to be! :)

My sisters and I went looking for wedding gowns yesterday and took a drive up the freeway to Joondalup. I was prepared to not be able to try on gowns at the store, as their website states an appointment is necessary, and I did not have one. However, I was lucky enough to jag a time when another person had cancelled. That said, I think that the ladies in the store would have been accomodating or in the very least polite had they not been able to squeeze me in. The ladies are very helpful and give some lovely tips. I really do praise Renee for making me feel comfortable in her store. Compared to some larger stores, they do have a smallish collection of gowns, but there is a decent range to choose from. I would highly recommend this store for gowns, especially if you are a younger bride.
