the bread is gourmet and the service is friendly the value is excellent and overall it is one of the best bakeries and barrister in hobart 5 star from me
We went here looking for a fresh loaf of bread for steak sandwiches for dinner. The shelves were almost bare! The women in the shop did not say hello, ask us how we were, if they could help nothing! Very disappointing for a shop that has "breadd" plastered all over it!!
this shop doesn't have lots of different things to purchase .they are a bit basic but what they do have is very nice,
Fresh bread, pitas and sandwiches , also a small selection of cakes and lots of coffees. the lattes are my favourite from here, also its conveniently next door to coles so close for coffee after shopping.
Unfortunately, this is one of few cafes in the Kingston shopping area. The service is not fantastic, especially when it's busy. The coffee is not great either. As for the food, it's not nice at all! My toastie was cold in the middle, and my partner's pie was 80% pastry, and the pastry wasn't great. I'd say we won't be back, but there aren't many other options!
So just wondering what the 2 stars were for then??
2 stars means disappointing but not the WORST.
I've only ever stopped in here for a takeaway sandwich. Great range of sandwich stuffers - I love beetroot in my sandwich and I am able to get it here! It prefer Breadd to Subway as they have a larger range of sandwich options and great dips!

I stop in here occasionally for a coffee and some breakfast on the way to work (timer permitting of course).
The coffee can be a bit hit & miss, depending on who is making it, but the breads are always a winner. I generally go for the cheese & garlic pide, and combine that with the amazing sweet chilli & lime zest dip. Wow. If you haven't tried this, you're seriously missing out.
The customer service is generally OK. I don't recall a specific instance that has blown me away with it's high standard, but at the same time, I can't recall any apalling service either.
The only time I've experienced an issue was when the lass at the counter got sidetracked due to a busy run and had momentarily forgotten to make my pide whilst I waited for my coffee. She was very apologetic and the pide was still ready at the same time as the coffee anyway.
Definately worth a try if you're in the area. Particularly as they are so close to the local Coles in Kingston.
I find the baked goods here simply wonderful. There is a range of lovely light meals on offer and of course, a lot of bread (hence the name). The flat bread is to die for -so fresh. I like to use it to make pizzas!! Also, the dips and salads make for a healthy and convenient snack, especially when on a lunch break. I certainly recommend.
Bread offer a great eat-in menu, with very healthy light meals. The service is fast and store is open in layout and has an inviting environment. The prices are reasonable as the food is very fresh and well prepared. They have a range of breads and other very freshly prepared products including very tasty flat bread.
My favorite place to go to for lunch!! I luv the salad rolls and have them nearly everyday! the only issue is that they get very busy and alot of the time it is so noisy in there with the coffee machine going and people talking it is hard to hear. but defiantly a loverly place to eat!

Breadd serves really exciting and tasty healthy snacks, takeaway and lunches. The dips and salads they offer are really good and they have very reasonable prices. They have freshly made tasty bread, dips, soups, salads and hot pastries all freshly baked.
