Richard come out at 1am in the morning after our house was hit by lightening - he got our electricity back on and even came back later in the morning to work further on our issue. He was polite and couteous and explained everything he was doing and why it had to be done.
I was amazed at his price as well - there was NO price gouging for coming out at 1am in the morning, which was the silver lining in the whole experience.
