Bona Constructions recently undertook the task of knocking down and rebuilding our house; a wonderful experience for us and one we are happy as clients to recommend to friends and family. Definitely a quality builder if you're looking for one!!
The team put our minds at ease by always communicating what was happening on site. The quality of build achieved was above and beyond our expectations, and our budget was managed with due diligence.

“I was recently asked to provide a review for Bona Constructions Pty Ltd who built my three townhouses. I felt very comfortable talking to the team at Bona Con; they were friendly, personable and reliable. I was nervous at the beginning of the process but after my first meeting with Chris I knew straight away he was the builder for me. Even before I had signed any contracts, Chris spent the time explaining the process to me and my wife and answering our many questions.

The project ran exactly on time (in fact slightly earlier than scheduled) and also on budget. They really are quality builders!

Bona Constructions built my home a few years ago and I could not have been happier. I had some friends of mine that built with them as well and I was impressed with the quality of workmanship so I decided to give them a call. The whole process was pretty smooth ( with the exception of some wet weather) and with the help of Chris, we saved some money in certain areas of the build. I preferred the hands on approach that Chris undertook with our build. The regular photo emails was something that the other builders reluctantly didn’t want to do when I enquired but it seemed to be no trouble at all for Chris (or his team) to provide. Overall they were very professional and courteous in any dealings we had with them… a high quality builder.

From initial site preparation up until we moved in, the whole process was smooth, on time and on budget (no hidden surprises). A big thumbs up to Bona Constructions and if I ever build again I will be sure to call them. I highly recommend Bona Constructions and their team. Thanks for a great home
