A good place to go shopping for used computers at reasonable prices. The technicians are very competent and will not try to sell outside your budget. They are quick with repair/replacemnt of your computer if needed. They do not talk down to you but will quite happily explain what is needed.

we had computer issues and took our computer to bitronics in bayswater. Greg was extremely knowledgable and told me exactly how much it would cost. he advised he would ring if it was any more. he did not try and upsell etc he told me exactly what needed to be done and did it very cheaply.

Needed parts for my computer. I called with the details and they quickly and easily accommodated my exact needs with the lowest price possible. A great little shop. Honest and helpful. I recommend anyone with computer needs in the area, give them a call first.

After the server decided to die, Bitronics not only fit the work into their busy schedule the same afternoon to help me out, but it was done so much less expensively than I had thought it would be. Friendly, reliable and knowledgeable - great job thanks, I will definitely use them again.
