When was your business founded?

Beaurex Cleaning Services was officially launched in 2025, but our roots go much deeper.
For years, I worked as a subcontractor with some of Melbournes leading cleaning companies, gaining extensive hands-on experience across residential homes, commercial offices, Airbnb properties, and end-of-lease cleans.
After building a strong reputation and mastering the craft, I launched my own brandBeaurex Cleaningto deliver consistent, high-quality service directly to clients, with the care and reliability Ive become known for.
Our mission is simple: to raise the standard of cleaning services in Melbourne, one property at a time.

We guarantee customer satisfaction on all standard cleaning jobs.
If youre not happy with any part of our service, let us know within 24 hours and well return to fix the issueno extra cost, no questions asked.
We dont just aim to clean; we aim to impress. We also offer flexible re-clean options for end-of-lease cleans, based on real estate agent feedback, to help secure your bond return.

What is your level of experience in this line of work?

I have over 10 years of hands-on experience in the cleaning industry, including residential, commercial, and end-of-lease cleaning.
Before starting Beaurex Cleaning Services, I worked as a subcontractor for multiple reputable cleaning companies across Melbourne, gaining deep expertise in high standards, time efficiency, and customer expectations. This experience helped me shape Beaurex into a service that's reliable, detail-focused, and built on real industry knowledgenot just theory.

What certifications, qualifications or awards has your business received?

While Beaurex Cleaning Services is a newly launched business, we operate with full ABN registration and meet all compliance requirements for residential and commercial cleaning.
We hold $10 million Public Liability Insurance, giving our clients full peace of mind in case of any accidents or damages.
Our team also holds valid Police Checks, Working with Children Checks (WWCC), and receives regular training on safe chemical handling, equipment use, and professional cleaning standards.
We are fully prepared to work in schools, offices, medical clinics, and NDIS environments

What is your fee structure like? Fixed fees? Hourly rates?

We offer transparent fixed-rate pricing based on the size and condition of the property.
Our clients prefer flat fees because they know exactly what to expectno hourly surprises or time games.
For standard residential cleaning, prices start from $100 for studio apartments and scale depending on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and frequency (weekly or fortnightly).
For deep cleaning, end-of-lease, or commercial jobs, we provide custom quotes based on a free assessment.

What are your current prices (fixed and variable)?

Our prices are based on flat-rate packages depending on the size of the property and service frequency. All cleaning products and equipment are included.

Studio / 1 bed 1 bath: from $100 weekly / $110 fortnightly

2 bed 1 bath: from $110 weekly / $130 fortnightly

2 bed 2 bath: from $120 weekly / $140 fortnightly

3 bed 1 bath: from $120 weekly / $140 fortnightly

3 bed 2 bath: from $140 weekly / $170 fortnightly

4 bed 2 bath: from $158 weekly / $188 fortnightly

5 bed 3 bath: from $180 weekly / $220 fortnightly

Prices cover standard cleaning. For deep cleans, post-renovation, or heavily soiled properties, we assess and quote accordingly.

Are you a member of any professional / industry associations?

Not at the moment, but we operate with full ABN registration and hold all the required insurances and clearances to deliver professional residential and commercial cleaning.
Were fully insured, police-checked, and committed to industry best practices.
As we grow, were exploring memberships with local and national cleaning associations to stay up to date with regulations and raise our service standards even further.

What is your favourite thing about your job?

What I love most about this job is the instant impact we create.
Theres something deeply satisfying about walking into a messy or neglected spaceand leaving it spotless, fresh, and transformed.
But beyond the cleaning, its the trust we build with clients that makes it special. Whether its a busy parent, a business owner, or an elderly customerwe get to make their day easier, and that means everything.

What are your payment terms and conditions? Do you offer payment plans? Afterpay? Interest-free terms?

We keep it simple and straightforward.
Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept Bank Transfer ,Cash and PayIDthese are secure, fast, and leave a clear record for both parties.
At this stage, we do not offer Afterpay or payment plans, but we're flexible with commercial clients who require scheduled invoicing (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly).

We hold active Public Liability Insurance with coverage of up to $10 million.
This protects both our clients and our team in case of accidental damage or injury during a job.
Whether were cleaning a home, office, or commercial site, you can have peace of mind knowing youre fully covered.

How quickly can work be completed? What are your turnaround times? Do you offer same-day service?

We pride ourselves on being fast, flexible, and responsive.
For standard home or office cleaning, we can often schedule jobs within 2448 hours, depending on availability.
Same-day service is available for urgent jobs in nearby suburbsjust give us a call and well do our best to accommodate.
For end-of-lease or deep cleaning, we usually ask for 12 days notice to allow proper planning and ensure top results.
Were also happy to arrange recurring services (weekly, fortnightly, monthly) with set days and times to suit your schedule.

Do you have a favourite client story you'd like to share?

One of our favourite client moments was helping an elderly gentleman who hadnt been able to maintain his home due to health issues.
His family reached out for help, and we came in for a full deep clean. The transformation was massivehis daughter told us it brought him to tears.
It reminded us that cleaning isnt just about appearancesit can restore comfort, dignity, and pride in someones home.
