I needed a fast replacement of glass in a front door. The service was excellent from beginning to end, with a minimum of fuss. The people I dealt with were very helpful and courteous. This is how a small business should be run!!

I was let down by a large glazing company - waited at home all day & no one showed up! Baycity Glass came on time & organized my job. The staff were polite , friendly but professional. We required a window to be repaired. I didn't have the measurements on hand as I was at work - but this wasn't an issue. An appointment was made, the window replaced, the cost was reasonable, the area was left clean and they were all polite and friendly! I gave Brighton Glass a call after my mower propelled a stone though my glass door. I provided a few details like my location and size of the door and they were able to give me an idea of the cost over the phone. I was more than happy with the cost as someone was able to fix it the same day! A couple of very nice guys turned up within a few hours and replaced the glass in just under an hour.
