I highly recommend Lachlan. He has done a few jobs recently for myself in St Albans Park and my elderly mother in Newtown. He is reliable, knows his trade expertly and communicates in a most relatable way. He seems generally very well organised! His prices are reasonable for a reliable tradey. I believe he regularly discounts by 10% for pensioners/elderly clients.

Exception service and very professional! We called BPD yesterday afternoon for a damaged water meter a truck had backed into at our restaurant. We had Tim & Dan arrive within an hour, isolated the pipe and worked into the night to repair and get us going for service. Highly recommended and will definitely use again!! Thanks guys.

Got a free quote. BPD sent Tim around the next day who was all smiles and completed the job in no time. Such a relief to have Hotwater again. Great responsive service with reception immediately answering any enquiries I had, as well as reassuring me with a time frame in which they'd send their plumber. All round fantastic experience.
