Whilst their work meets all required standards I was horrified by the bill. I had two independent electricians quote on the same job for half the price. I strongly suggest that you obtain quotes from at least one other electrician before using this company.
I have used Base Electrical on a number of occasions and am very happy with all their work. They are always on time and take great pride in their work.
We have used Base Electrical on a few occasions when we've needed an electrician, e.g. electrical wiring for a new kitchen, putting in new lights and fan in bathroom, fixing switches. Each time it was a different electrician, but they have always been on time, polite and efficient.
the electrician turned up on time and was finished the job within 1 hour. all i needed doing was my hot water tank needed to be hooked back up, but i didn't realise that, I thought that there had been a short somewhere. the electrician could see that i didn't really know what i was talking about, and could have charged me alot more by pretending he didn't know what the problem was. But he found the problem quickly and it was really good value.
