I'm a lady who's a little clueless about cars and it's great to have that extra help when purchasing items for a car. I needed a new antenna for my mitsubishi and wasn't charged to have it fitted. Perhaps that was because i purchased quite a few things? Not sure but I'm very thankful for the service I received. The store lay-out is also customer-friendly and parking is convenient out front.
I had some car accessories which I needed fitting. I rang Autobarn (Doncaster) and spoke to Jason who was very helpful and professional in suggesting components for installing the accessories. He then suggested we have a discussion with Thanh (fitter) about the best method of installation. I had the installation done the next day. I was very impressed with the quality of the workmanship and the care taken by Thanh, as well as the information and suggestions made by Jason. Thanks and well done.
