Best Broker in the West. Great team with fast turnaround.
Vu at Aussie Sunshine is just brilliant. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is efficient and friendly and offers great advice. He is excellent in communicating the whole process from start to finish and the efficiency is spot on. Nothing was too hard and every little question I had was answered and attended to. Vu was outstanding from start to finish. As first time home buyers, he made the process so simple for us, and always made us feel like we were getting the best deal available.

As a first home buyer I was alittle bit anxious about the whole buying process and securing my first home loan. Vu Du from Aussie Home Loands in Sunshine made the process a lot easier by stepping me through each stage and explaining in lay-man's terms the all the lingo that comes with buying a house (for example, loan-to-value ratio, lender's mortgage insurance, settlement excess, registration fees etc).
He was very flexible with his time, and went above and beyond in accomodating my full time working schedule. We met over the course of several weekends to compare numerous home loans. As a diligent buyer, I needed to understand the borrowing landscape before I made my decision. Vu gave me the tools that I needed to make an informed decision. This included print-outs of home loan comparisons between each bank which I took away to do the math (which is fairly simple if you ask Vu). We considered the trend in interest rates, my borrowing capacity, my longterm repayment outlook, and the offers that were given by the banks at the time. This allowed me to make an informed decision with the choice of lender which Vu and I both agreed were right for me at this stage in my life.
His communication is exceptional (Vu is fluent in both Vietnamese and English). This definitely sealed the deal for me in terms of choosing a home loan expert. Vu was very personable, thorough, reliable and he demonstrated a methodical home loan comparison process which did not alienate me as a mortgage-seeker, but rather, I felt involved throughout the whole process with Vu having my best interest at heart.
