I have never been happier to outpour our gratitude and appreciation via review - I believe that nobody should approach mortgage application without enlisting the expertise of Jarryd and his team (no matter how experienced they are in home buying!). We were guided so brilliantly through many personal hurdles and navigation of loan options which we had minimal knowledge in. Jarryd is a genuinely caring professional, so giving of his time and has a way of imparting information which is accessible for even the most green home buyers. After struggling through mortgage application solo with CBA and getting a measly offer, Jarryd worked with us in a very short timeframe to achieve the exact opposite! We were delighted to secure a 90% loan, great overall package and achieve settlement on our 1st home in record time because of the diligence of Jarryd and his team. Jarryd and the Loan Market team provided us with options and helped us to understand the pros and cons of both. Once we made our decision, we had great support through the whole process of finding our new home. We asked for a shorter settlement than originally planned, which Jarryd was able to accommodate for us.

This is the third time my husband and I have worked with Jarryd and the team. This was a challenge round because we had to move very quickly when we unexpectedly came across an apartment in our building that we wanted to purchase as our first investment property.
