He tryed to fix a blown up home entertainment system, when it blow up again once parts replaced he simply called and said it cant be fixed and didnt charge for the hours of work he spent trying to fix it. Very professional and kind of them.

He's been trying to fix my Home entertainment system for over a year and everytime he gives it back the system is getting worse, I'm at the stage now where it does not even turn on,it did used to when he was first given the unit. I think after 10 or more attempts its time to give up and ask for a refund of my couple of $100's back..mmmmm
