I paid for a Hstp systems to be installed to replace a existing system. the first week I started noticing smell and gurgling when I empty my bath.
Contacted shane said he would come out - never did
as the months went by continually calling , system started backing up . Had foul smell in house and toilets backing up. more ph call multi emails and still Shane continued to ignore me.
I am now engaged with QBCC , who have informed me he had not apply for insurance correctly. I engaged another waste water company to come out and have a look
said the Taylex system was installed incorrectly and has collapsed would need to replace costing another 20 K
I have advised council who are sending as inspector out next week
I will be suing the company and I hope both QBCC and the council following up with them as well
