Excellent service from Sam and his team, from the first contact through to the completion of the removal of four trees. They handled the required council permits and his team were professional and friendly. Our neighbours were very impressed and already used Arborcraft on our recommendation.

Great service from start to finish having two very tall birches in an awkward position trimmed. Very prompt and speedy in getting the job done, great tidy-up. Sabrina, Will and the other guys very pleasant to deal with.

Fabulous job from beginning to end. Ours was quite a challenge - the tallest palm tree for miles around, very close to our (newly painted) house and our neighbour's, and a grinding machine was required to get the base below the level of the deck that had been built around the trunk. Despite this you wouldn't have known they'd been there by the end of the day (except, of course, for the fact that a very large tree had disappeared!) - not a scratch on the deck or the paintwork, not a palm frond in sight, and barely a speck of sawdust was left. Everyone very friendly and efficient, in the office and those who came on site.

We had a very large Morton Bay Fig removed as well as a large stump. A pleasure to deal with. Job site was tidy and they clearly understand trees and dealing with people.

We value our hedge highly as a barrier between us and a very busy road and have two ornately trimmed cypress trees framing the stairs to the front veranda, which we love. Arborcraft are wonderful hedge and tree trimmers, maintaining our hedge and trees to perfection. The service men always arrive on time, clean up thoroughly after finishing and are very professional and helpful to deal with. Arborcraft's administrative staff are equally helpful, especially if organising additional tasks to be done when a routine visit is scheduled.

I could not have been more satisfied with the work done on my trees in Balnarring. The men were courteous and tidy and the work done was of a very high standard. I would certainly recommend them.

We have an old overgrown birch which was growing into our balcony. Not only did the team trim the edge growing into the tree, they also pruned it to a lovely shape overall. Professional, spotless and efficient

We were very impressed with the service, knowledge, value and performance overall. All our residents value our mature 40+ year garden so we vetted competitors carefully. In summary, on time, did what they said they would for a very competitive price. Happy to recommend.
