I do not recommend this business. These people are only interested in how much money they can suck from you no matter your circumstances. We broke lease giving them over 3 months notice with very good grounds and they tried to make us pay rent till end of lease AND upkeep the property. We won in court thankfully. I don't recommend using them

The ladies in the rental department are rude and they inspect the house earlier than 3mths.

Also, when I left they charged me 1.5 years of water rates when legally they were only allowed to charge me for 6 months. They broke the law on numerous occasions.
