The bank's atmosphere is warm and welcoming and I have to say the Tellers and bank Managers all speak to the customer with the utmost respect, making you feel welcome and that your business with them is appreciated, no matter how small.

This is the worst bank I have ever been to. service is very bad, and I closed my account and that took me over an hour to do there. bank is very busy and if you have a problem the person you need to speak to always seems to be on leave.

I don't have much of a problem with the ANZ as I do most of the things that I need to on the internet or on my phone banking. However, I was very surprised when I went to use the moonee ponds branch on one rare day off to discover they shut at 4pm. Its a bit old fashioned!
