Very helpful with instructions on how to remove a lock from my door in order to bring in to the shop for inspection due to a very obscure key. Cut a perfect copy of the difficult to source/identify original whereas 2 other places cut keys that didn’t fit at all. Can’t recommend them enough. Outstanding customer service and professionalism. I will ever go anywhere else again for any lock or key related matter. Thank you, this is how a business should be run.

I am a 70 year old guy that was trying to get a key cut for a 2003 bmw motorcycle , i was getting the run around by several locksmiths until I ventured into this store, 20 minutes latter I had the key in my hand and fitted perfectly, the cost was less than others had quoted and there was no 2 day wait, the young man knew his stuff and was very pleasant to deal with,so I offer my thanks again in this review,cheers john storey
I never learn. I think I keep most of these locksmiths in business. I always seem to lock the door and have that heart dropping to feet feeling in realisation that I am silly and I will now not get into my house unless I pay someone to break in! This is usually on Sundays or some ungodly hour when most locksmiths say they are busy. I got lucky with this one. Thank you!
Very good at what they do, very quick and efficient guys who know what they are doing. Great service in emergency situation. Can seem a bit pricey but think they are worth paying little more for a good job done.
1 lock repaired, 1 lock adjusted. Anytime locksmiths had someone out within a day (for a non-urgent call out). The guy they sent was polite and professional. He repaired an old lock instead of just replacing it straight out (saving me money) he also informed me that he was able to get a new lock if/when i wanted one. The other lock was adjusted so that it works properly, and has room to be adjusted further if necessary. The initial quote was $240 and I was only charged $160 in the end for the work he did!
My parents recommended this business to me due to the great service they have received from them, so now I would recommend them on to anyone looking for a great locksmith in the Bayside area.
