Disgraceful customer service. The workers x 3 (at a cost of $190 per hour) wasted time standing around chatting in the truck on at least 3 occasions for a considerable amount of time, carrying one small item at a time to waste time, complained about pulling beds apart, lost vital pieces to put one of the beds back together and damage caused pulling drier off the wall (both were rectified because I wouldn’t pay their invoice upfront) and then they would rather issue proceedings than fairly communicate regarding their disgraceful and unprofessional service.

We moved interstate with Dave who was exceptional. Friendly, reliable, no fuss, everything was moved, loaded and unloaded with care and no damage, including some things we weren't sure about like pot plants. Dave kept us up to date on the transport of the truck which was great, especially as we were travelling during the floods in NSW. The price was very reasonable, and for such excellent service. Amazing service, respectful movers

My partner had been hesitant to book professional removalists for our move (thinking he could do it himself!), but even he was impressed with AR Removals. Made our move a lot more stress free, and everything (including nice furniture; plants; and items of sentimental value), turned up in perfect condition, at less than half the price of some of the other removalists we got quotes from. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I moved from Coffin Bay to Adelaide. I found these guys the cheapest. The service they provided and the willingness to make moving easy was first class. I recommend AR Removals to anyone thinking on moving. I would definitely use these guys again. I would not bother searching elsewhere.

Very pleased with AR Removal's assistance to accommodate a short timeframe for booking our move from Adelaide to Eyre Peninsula and capacity to adapt the quote and transportation to our under-calculated quantity of goods. Many years of industry experience! Great initiative by supplying a personal quote. Very fair price including insurance, overnight storage and next day delivery. The two operators were excellent - enthusiastic, efficient and very accommodating.

Can't speak highly enough of our experience with AR Removals - just exceptional. Chris was so helpful, starting from our first contact with him until our final unload. Brilliant work ethic from all of his crew, loaded & unloaded with the minimum of fuss, all with cheerful & helpful personalities. We relocated from Port Lincoln to Encounter Bay & they made our move so much easier & less stressful, also fitting in with our specific needs. Nothing was too much trouble. Thoroughly enjoyed dealing with these guys, will not hesitate to recommend them for any future removals :)
