Professional, friendly, helpful

Tim, you were a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much for fixing our roof when others could not. Really felt in good hands, professional and courteous. Will definitely be in touch again for next time.

Keep away from them. Tim came to my home recently to look at a leaking tap. He was not able to fix it and told me to buy a tap set to replace it and he would come back and fit it. He charged me $243.00 for the first visit. I booked him to come back and he didn't turn up (no message or apology). I gave up and found another plumber who fixed the problem in 10 mins and charged $80 in total. No future business from me

Must say upfront that contractor was prompt and leaky toilets were fixed. BUT!!! After explaining the problem the contractor did not have the spare parts needed, spent an hour trying to fix leak with parts they said would not work, had to go out for 45 minutes (I'm paying for this) to find parts. Their labour rates were reasonable but just took too long. Call the contract organiser and he would not accept any feedback constructive or otherwise. Sorry can't recommend this company

I could not be happier with the service provided by Tim and Ben. I had two new toilets installed. I was provided with all the relevant information prior to job. Including: prices, payment method and approximate completion time. They were prompt, polite and very professional. I would highly recommend All Over Maintenance.

I called up All Over Maintenance and spoke to Tim the business owner. I needed my roof and fence fixed as they were leaking and causing troubles. Tim being the third company I had called to quote me this was actually the cheapest from the lot. Tim came and inspected my roof and fence and found the problem. We organised a time for him to come and complete the work and did so. He arrived on time and had all the equipment necessary while also training a new guy (forgot his name, Ben I think?) Tim was prompt, polite and made me feel comfortable about everything he was doing. He explained what he was doing step by step just because I wanted the reassurance of the job. Overall the leaking roof and new fence all came together nicely and was affordable in conjunction with other competitor's. I highly recommend Tim and his team for any future work and I will be calling him if any of these problems arise again.

I inquired with over the phone about installing a replacement cooktop and whether they charge an hourly rate. I was advised there was a $75 callout and it was $75 per hour thereafter. I was also advised me that the job shouldnt take any more than 1 hour. I also advised them that we werent sure if our benchtop required adjustment with respect to further cut out to accommodate the new cooktop. They advised this was no problem and they had all the tools available - they do this all the time. No additional cost was mentioned. They arrived 20 mins late. I explained to them I needed to head off to work. They did a good job but it took two hours in total and when it came time to pay the Invoice, they had charged me 3.5 hours (two people) which had not been explained, and $60 for the benchtop, then added GST. Our budget for this job was $225 max ($75 and 2 hours) and we had the cash out ready to go. We hoped it would have only been $150, but allowed an extra $75 for one more hour. They also would not leave my house when I explained that I had not been advised upfront of these charges. They waited for me to EFT the remaining funds into their account and give them a receipt number. They did a good job in the end but I am still distraught and upset and feel taken advantage of.
