Honest, respectful communication and determined to get it right! I towed my Subaru Forester from Central Victoria looking for a second opinion after a dire diagnosis from my usual mechanic. Jordan and his team left no stone unturned to find the correct diagnosis that saved me, my wallet and my car that is now running better than ever.

Reconditioned the engine on my 2004 WRX. It's like I have a new car - incredible. Amazing work!

Staff are kind, honest, informative, and always strike a fair price. I've come in a couple of times now for various reasons and they've been nothing but efficient and careful. As someone who loves his car, they've investigated and provided a response with every issue I've had with my car, would definitely recommend to anyone needing car repairs, RWC, or servicing!

I have so many good things to say about this business:

As a female identifying person; this was the first mechanics in 10 years who didn't assume an automatic misogynistic demeanour. (ie woman = no car knowledge). They spoke in a clear, equal and patient way without being demeaning.

I took my car in for a RWC on Tuesday and they got it back to me on Thursday. Not only did they apologize for ''taking so long'' (bless them), but they also arranged it so that I could collect it after hours.

Chris, the owner of this family-run business, came and chatted to me personally and added that personalized interaction. Their level of communication was great considering how busy they were.

All in all; I had a fabulous experience with them, and am looking forward to making them my new mechanics for future car-related issues.

As a female client, I can honestly say All Care are honest with their advice and won't overcharge you. I was quoted $1000 more at another mechanic for a job that All care found didn't even need to be done in the end. I have had a few services here and trust that my car is in good hands and I won't be ripped off. Highly recommend All Care to anyone for minor or major work.

First class mechanics! I never write reviews for anything, but these guys are exceptional when it comes to running a business and diagnosing faults. Growing up in the country I had my mechanic in which i would always go to for jobs I wasn't able to do myself, but when I moved to the city I found a lot of mechanics knew nothing and would quite often either stuff things up or end up sending me a bill for stuff I didn't ask for. These guys are honest, trustworthy and go above and beyond to resolve issues with your vehicle. Can't express how impressed I am with these guys! If you're after a legitimate and honest mechanic, give these guys a call!

The guys working here are lovely. Jean was especially attentive to my 6 month old baby and put the heater on in the waiting room before we arrived to make sure it was nice and warm while we waited for the RWC. We have been here twice and they are flexible with arranging suitable times to attend, they are efficient and well priced. I would recommend to anyone and will return.

From the moment to Chris I knew I would be taken care of. I was struggling to find a decent mechanic who would help me install a transmission into my Mazda 6 at a reasonable cost as I had a tight budget. I hadn't had my car in over 6 months and was desperate to finally fix it and get back to normal life as I've not been able to work without it. Chris had multiple discussions with me, was thorough, genuine and explained everything to me me prior. He gave me a fixed quote and was very understanding to my situation and fair with pricing. He even got me a better deal as he spoke on my behalf for the transmission, made sure I was not getting ripped off or the wrong product. Chris and his team truly went above and beyond! Even helped me with a few bits and bobs ( little problems like clips missing and even gave me a second hand battery free when we realized mine was not functional) to help me get back on the road til I get back on my feet, they knew how much i needed my car as i would randomly go in and pester them anxious to get it back . (Sorry guys lol ), They were nothing but nice and friendly every time. Told me to call anytime, and not to worry. They saved me money and I'll be going back next week for a few minor things I want to add and fix, (which they also quoted me for so i can plan ahead which is great) but I am so grateful to be able to have my car back. Communication was always open, super genuine guys. The reviews are legit. I can't say enough about how grateful I am. They didn't need to help me as much as they Did and most mechanics wouldn't, in fact they would over charge. Not the case here. You will get a fair deal and I won't be taking my car anywhere else from now on. Not only did I get my car back but they gave me a good price, helped me with little extras and also got the job done in 2 days. Always did what they said when they said. Another thing most mechanics dont do, they say 2 days and it ends up being 5 and they dont even call you, you always have to chase them. You honeslty get a1 service here. Things to note, my car was parked in a secure bay, not squished next to a bunch of other cars as I've had in most mechanics, worried they will scratch or hit my car. I was not concerned here. Work shop is high standard. Also they can provide a loan car while they repair yours, just ask in advance so they can book you in! What more can you ask for!
