Their after care service isn’t great. The lady I spoke to was abrupt and not helpful at all.
I was looking for someone from albatross to come out and re teach us how to maintain our pool as we seem to be doing it all wrong. Our local pool shops aren’t fans of ionic pools and have given bad advice and now we find ourselves confused and not enjoying the experience of having an albatross pool. The lady on the phone wasn’t interested in helping me at all.
Just told me to take a water sample to Dandenong.
My feedback is they should offer a service to help owners by coming to your home to offer advice. The initial run through was 30 minutes and was a lot to take in.
Pretty disappointing
We had our pool installed this year. The sales person was good, but the site supervisor was great. He was great to deal with. We did not have to wait long for the different tradespeople to complete their part in installing our pool and they were all very professional. We love our pool....
I have been in contact with Albatross Pools for about 4 weeks, trying to organise someone to come and fix our pool. I have found the service unreliable and unacceptable, where the person has been abrupt and extremely unhelpful on the phone. I have now had to seek assistance elsewhere. I was extremely disappointed.
