Aether Installations was founded to support the growing demand for safe, compliant EV charging infrastructure across Melbourne and Victoria. The business was built around providing a more professional, project-managed approach to EV charger installation for homes, workplaces, strata properties, dealerships, and commercial sites.

What guarantees or warranties do you offer, if any?

All installations are completed by our licensed REC electricians and include the required compliance documentation. Manufacturer warranties apply to the EV charger supplied, and workmanship is covered in line with applicable electrical standards and consumer law. If there is an issue related to the installation, we work with the customer to resolve it properly.

Standard residential EV charger installations generally start from around $1,350 ex GST for installation only, depending on the site conditions. Final pricing can vary based on cable distance, switchboard requirements, charger type, single-phase or three-phase supply, wall mounting, WiFi setup, load management, and any required electrical upgrades.

Payment terms are provided with each quote or invoice. In most cases, a deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance payable on completion. Payment options may include bank transfer, credit card, debit card, and electronic invoice payment. Payment plans or finance options may be considered depending on the project.

How quickly can work be completed? What are your turnaround times? Do you offer same-day service?

Turnaround times depend on availability, location, charger stock, and installation complexity. Standard residential EV charger installations can often be booked within a short timeframe once the quote is approved and the required site information is confirmed. Same-day service is not generally guaranteed, as EV charger installations need to be properly assessed, scheduled, and completed safely.
