ACDNSW works with first home buyers, investors and developers, delivering clear communication, reliable guidance and secure electronic settlements to ensure a smooth and efficient property transaction from contract to settlement.

Advanced Conveyancing & Developments brings over 50 years of combined experience in conveyancing and property transactions across NSW. Licensed conveyancer Antonella Ianni has 20 years of experience in the property industry, while Emilia Sekuloski contributes over 30 years of conveyancing experience, supporting both the legal and financial aspects of transactions. Together, they provide extensive knowledge in residential conveyancing, property transfers, settlements and development matters, ensuring clients receive professional guidance and reliable service throughout the entire conveyancing process.

We can offer fixed fee however for some cases we do our fee plus disbursements and plus GST.

What is your favourite thing about your job?

My favourite thing about my job is helping people achieve their property goals. Whether its guiding a first home buyer through their first purchase, assisting families with a sale or transfer, or supporting developers with new projects, I enjoy being part of important milestones in peoples lives and making the process smooth and stress-free.

Do you have a favourite client story you'd like to share?

One of my favourite client stories involved a young couple buying their very first home at auction. They were excited but also extremely nervous because everything was moving so quickly. They asked me to review the contract just days before the auction. During the review, I identified a clause that could have exposed them to significant risk after settlement. We were able to negotiate an amendment with the vendors solicitor before the auction took place. The couple successfully purchased the property and later told me that without that advice they would never have known about the issue. Moments like that remind me why I love what I dohelping people protect what is often the biggest investment of their lives.
