never again. very poor after sales service. offshore accounts team. take money from account without sending through invoices. so far I have had to chase my invoice every month. sales person lies to get the sale. go with a local person. there is nothing about ADT's security deal that makes it worth the hassle of dealing with them.

I had a few problems with the system after it was installed, with false alarms and it took them a while to figure out that the initial installation was not correct. After the problem was solved the service was good. The sales rep was good and explained things to me.
