These guys are reliable and affordable but do not explain things very well i felt like they didn't want to work on my car as though my businesses was a waist of time as i only had a small job of $60 to have done.
I have been taking my car to these guys, since moving up to Caboolture. Never had a problem with them, actually they picked up on some minor issues with my belts, that could have turned major, they called me and gave me the option, rather then just intstalling them without my knowledge and hitting me up with a larger bill on pick up. I do highly recomend this company to everyone!
Had our air con regased here because they advertised a special. We had no problems with them. There wasn't anything particularly outstanding but with the number of mechanics we've had problems with lately, this isn't such a bad thing.

I have been using the services of Absolute Mechanical for about 6 years. I have also encourgaed my 3 daughters to use the services. As regulars we are always acknowledged and thanked for supporting them. The work they do is always good, and reasonably priced. They in my experience have always been honest, and dont do work that does not need to be done. They also manage to fit urgent jobs jobs in quickly. Sandra is a great service manager, they keep good records of all cars they service and give you advance notice of things to be fixed next time.
Put my '98 Commodore in for their major service, came back to me worse than before I took it to them so took it back so they had it for another day and more money. Picked it up and still not fixed so took it back and they had another look and the then the mechanic actually told me he didn't know what was wrong. Took it to a friend who is a mechanic and he spent half an hour with it and told me it could be one of two things.
Absoltute mechanical primarily provide discount services - not cheap mechanical repairs.
