Ivan and his team were fantastic. The access at the drop off was poor and guys had to navigate a heap of stairs went round corners.There was no complaints even though it was a big job. They even put a mattress protector on. The took great care of all my items and especially my antique cabinet. Will definitely use these guys again they were awesome.

We had a great experience with Two Eyes Removals. Ivan and Justin removed a piano for us and were punctual, careful, and incredibly efficient. They took great care with the move, were friendly and helpful throughout, and the pricing was very reasonable. Professional, effective, and stress-free- highly recommend.

Our experience with this removalist company was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish.

The team arrived at 7:30am and did not leave until 10:30pm, yet we were charged for every minute — including their breaks — despite being told beforehand that break time would not be billed. No written invoice was provided; instead, we were told a lump sum late at night and asked to pay in cash.

Beyond the billing concerns, the conduct during the move was unacceptable. The team left urine on the bathroom floor, an empty beer bottle in the powder room cupboard, and consumed alcohol from our fridge while on the job. A prescription medication that had been stored in our fridge and clearly labelled “Do not take” also went missing that day.

The move itself was unnecessarily slow and inefficient, and several items were handled poorly — including a washing machine that was reconnected incorrectly, causing flooding when we turned the tap on.

Repeated attempts to contact the owner, Ivan, to resolve these issues have been ignored. I have now lodged a formal complaint with the Queensland Office of Fair Trading.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Ivan moved 2 pieces of furniture today for me and I must say what a fantastic experience that was .from first contact to finish Ivan was a gem. Great eye for detail making sure my furniture was treat like it was his own not one mark on furniture or walls or door when moving furniture.

After getting a cost understanding from Ivan over the phone (price per minute, call out fee, and time expectations) I was keen for a good clean job. He's a highly professional bloke with a good sense of humour, making sure his coworkers were careful both with our belongings and the property. Despite some timing confusion for the morning we got the two bedroom house moved in under 3 and a half hours with a total cost around 600.

Ivan & Cameron were invaluable with the removals required at short notice to clear out my mother in laws house who suddenly passed away. They took care of her belongings and packed her things carefully and skilfully. He also helped to stack and organise the delivery side and got all the goods into the storage shed.
