I am thoroughly delighted with the service that Michelle gives. My poodle always looks fantastic when she has been groomed. Michelle is great and does everything to make the experience fun for the dog and stress free for the owner. She is also very reasonably priced and I would have no hesitation in recommending her.

First time grooming experience for our reluctant puppy. Michelle was great. We discussed and agreed an approach for our puppy's first grooming before we left, which was gentle so as not to scar her for future visits. When we returned, our puppy was calm and coiffed to perfection. Great first experience. Will definitely return for ongoing grooming treatments.

I booked in my dog for a wash and my Samoyed was cut and shaved. His outer coat is ruined, he no longer has the ability to stay warm and protected. I was charged $180 which was nearly double the quoted price. Very very disappointed and will never use again.

We live in the area and wanted a professional grooming service. I read the reviews on WOMO and wasn't disappointed. Michelle was knowledgeable, very friendly, the grooming salon was professionally set up and Michelle covered every detail with me before leaving my 6 month old Maltese Shit Tzu. On collection Toby looked absolutely beautiful and smelled great too. He was perfectly happy and so were my family. You couldn't get the smile off our face. Thanks Michelle, see you in 6 - 8 weeks.

I had my two a Cavaliers groomed today by Michelle. She went through with me beforehand how I wanted my dogs groomed. She did a beautiful job, they looked lovely and smelled gorgeous. When I picked them up they were very happy, not at all stressed. She picked up that one dog had an ear infection, which she is under Vet care for, but she noticed and told me in case I wasn't aware. Michelle is very professional and we look forward to our next visit.

We found Michelle and her staff friendly very helpful and professional and Pippa loves to be pampered by them and after only her second visit we look forward to bringing her back again.

Courteous staff will have your pet groomed and ready within a couple of hours but will happily hold until whenever is convenient for you to pick up. I have a miniature poodle and he always looks great, but better still his groom seems to last longer too.

I have been to many groomers in the past and no one grooms like these guys! My maltese x Japanese spitz has never looked better! We had a specific style in mind which turned out better than expected. I can't wait to come back!

Wanted my King Charles Cavalier X groomed at short notice today, the dog was very overdue for grooming, her fur was long and she had matted ears. Cannot thank Michelle and Dean enough for fitting Comet in. They were very friendly and the dog looks and smells beautiful. Would cheerfully recommend their grooming business to everyone.

Michelle &Michelle & Dean are simply angels. I have started a grooming salon in country Vic. I have disability & distance issues which make it diddicult to travel for training. This beautiful couple heard my story, understood my need to offer my area decent grooming and took me under their wings. They have been so giving of their time & energy such is their passion for the industry. Michell's knowledge & skills are imence.I highly recommend you take your dogs to Shear Delight intead of someone who has only done a quicky course & calls themselves professional. Why go to a novice when you have a team like Shear Delight accessable to you? You don't pay more, you actually get top quality and more for your grooming dollar.

My dog loves going there - I love the job that is done - A Shear Delight also specialise in colouring and I just couldnt be happier with them - Over the years I have used a few different services but none reach the standards that A Shear Delight do I wont be going anywhere else!

my 4 yr old groodle has had many bad grooming experinces in the past ,she has a long shaggy coat that does get a little bit matted but nothing too bad . Many times she has come back shaved to the skin almost because she was supposedly " too matted" when i know she wasnt. I have had my kids cry when they see her and a very sad dog. I have been trying to find a groomer who understands her coat and the look i want and FINALLY I have found Michelle. From the minuite I walked in she knew exacetly what I wanted. You can not imagine how pleased I was when I picked her up with the most beautiful grooming she has ever had. Michelle stripped all the undercoat out ,and trimmed her up beautifully everything was in proportion , no more shaved legs and long coat.Her face was perfect and not trimmed to another breeds look.Michelle to the time to get any matts out instead of just shaving her. My dog came home smelling wonderful, soft and fluffy. I will be using Michelle in the future, she really knows her breeds and what they require.

I LOVE a shear delight dog grooming because every time my pup visits there, he comes home clean, smelling wonderful and very very happy!!!

Michelle is a wonderful groomer who is passionate about dogs. I know when my hairy pooch goes to Michelle for his Summer clipping that he will end up gorgeous! Michelle has even helped me out at short notice in the midst of her busy schedule when my dog rolled his hairy Winter coat in horse manure. Within an hour or so he was transformed and looked, and smelt, ready for a competition! Her prices are totally reasonable too.

Excellent, caring service. Have been to Michelle a few times now, and even if I'm late picking my dog up there is still a smiling face. He also stayed overnight once and was very happy as was I.

The service Michelle provided was excellent when I took my 2, 6 month old Beagles to the salon.What I liked was that I could stay at the salon and watch Michelle,she was caring and gentle when she bathed and dried my dogs which made them calm.I was so happy with the service that I booked another appointment in 4 weeks time. I have a sookie dog who cries when ever washed and dried - Here they washed him at same time as our other dog and used a gentle setting on the dryer and it settled him - I also get color work done on my little white dog on her ears and tail and she looks fantastic! I cant imagine going anywhere else now!

What l liked was l could sayin the salons waiting room, if l wanted too.The salon is very colorful, just like there poodles,that were hot pink.OMG.My dog had sum knots and Michelle showed me how to get them out at home,she was so helpful.My Max come home looking and smelling great and he was not shaved to look like a rat.

This little dog grooming salon is great. Michelle adores dogs and really knows her stuff - my usually feisty madcap pooch settled right down for the complete works. He had really long knotty smelly hair when I first took him there (November 09) and he came home smelling great and beautifully shorn for the Summer. I left him there about 3 hours the first time and 2 hours the second shearing (February 10), which gave me enough time to go for a swim or shop! Not only that, I could tell my dog was happy with the experience too.
