Garrett Builders recently completed a quality job on our house renovations. Our Colonial home has almost completely changed internally and an outdoor entertaining area was added. Ken is a very talented builder, He is thorough and the work he produces is of a high standard. The finishing touches on our home look stylish and are just what we were after.
Ken was very honest, always on time, and he likes to be organised. He plans in advance, works off a schedule and coordinates his team of tradesman very well. We were able to trust Ken as he always did what he said he would and there were times when he went above and beyond to help us, I really appreciated that help. The team transformed our house into a very practical and liveable home done exactly to our requests!

Being a first time renovator is daunting, but Ken was magnificent in guiding us through all the options and choices. We could not be happier with his service, cost, and result. We could not recommend Ken enough!

We just had our extension built and couldn't recommend Garrett Builders more highly. Ken was less than half the price of anyone else, finished ahead of schedule, and was happy to accommodate my many changes of mind and additions! He explained everything he was doing and organized all the other tradies (including our draftsman!). I will always use Garrett Builders for any future renovations.
