The two guys that arrived were polite - This is where the good points start and finish with this removal service.
1.They were 3 hours late.
2.They ran 3 hours over the original quote.
3. They didn’t even bother attaching the hose/pipes to the washing machine! I woke up to a flooded bathroom because of this.
I highly recommend avoiding these guys at all costs.

We were genuinely impressed with this company (particularly Ryan and Mack, the removalists). Both guys had quite obviously had a tough day but they were incredibly professional and friendly and had no problem doing what it took to get our move done. We highly recommend 4U Services to anyone moving house.

First time using a removalist and so happy we found and used 4U. From booking in with David to the move with Ryan and Stefan everything went perfectly. Please don't waste your time calling them . I book them for Friday afternoon . They called me an hour before booking time and canceled it on me.

Use these guys. Don't bother getting a quote or shopping around. 4u are cheap but their service is A+!

We had been burnt by previous companies; taking their time, dragging out and being slow and stupid with movement of valuables. Not 4u.... they were on time, the two guys we had worked their a** off and were polite and friendly. We were so stoked with how quickly they worked and how efficient they were. David(owner) was over the top helpful and made it a easy move.

Can't recommend these guys enough! I'll be using 4u again for sure!

Had a fabulous experience with this company moving in inner city Melbourne from an upstairs apartment to a house. Prompt, friendly service from start to finish. They made 3 floors up seem like a piece of cake and Sean & Rick were extremely helpful and capable of anything we needed. Price came in under budget and I would highly recommend this company.

Fantastic blokes, sorted my move out quickly and easily. Handled everything with care + made sure that everything got moved without incident. On the cheaper end which made things a little easier after paying new rent/bond. Also - didn't have any hidden or extra costs like others movers I've used. Highly recommend + Would certainly use again.

David was very nice and patient on the phone. He recommended the right size of truck which was just what we needed. Price was lower than the other quotes we got. Ryan and Shuan were the two lovely boys who helped us move today. They got held up by the first job but kept us informed of their progress. They handled all furniture with care and did an excellent job. We would definitely recommend 4U Services.

David responded to me and organised my job within minutes. His team Nick and Ryan were friendly, practical, hard working and really professional. I genuinely couldn't recommend the team at 4U Services any higher. Not to mention the quote was MUCH more affordable then I had been quoted elsewhere. Thanks guys! This is the first time to use 4U service. I confirmed the time with them several times, but I waited for 4 hours and [redacted due to personal identifer] put me in the position to say if I wanted to cancel it. They finished the moving until 9:30 pm at night. Two boys told me this is their fifth job of the day.

Quote was for a 4 tonne truck (others had wanted to send a larger truck even though I had specified exactly what needed to be moved) which was just the right size.

Two very nice guys showed up about 15 minutes late (they would have been on time if the boss had given them the correct address) and carefully loaded all the furniture into the truck, made sure it was all secured properly and carefully unloaded at the other end. Cannot fault the service and the charge was LESS than quoted because the job didn't take the amount of time originally estimated. Thanks to David, Ben and your offsider whose name I didn't get.
