1300 INTECH were really helpful in fixing my laptop. They came to my workplace and picked it up and kept me abreast of all work and expected costs during the course of several telephone calls. They really showed how professional they were when there was a further problem with my laptop. They again picked it up and fixed it at no charge. I would definitley use them again if I have any future computer issues.
